Working with Pache to create
the companion workbook for The Leader In You: Discovering Your Unexpected Path to Influence was an exceptional experience. She didn’t just translate the content of the book into exercises—she captured the heart of it. The workbook is thoughtful, engaging, and strategically designed to help readers move from insight to action. Every prompt, reflection, and framework deepens the reader’s self-awareness and practical application of leadership. This workbook elevates the book and turns it into a true transformational journey. I couldn’t have asked for a better creative and strategic partner for this project.
Ms. Felton was entrusted
with the task of developing and designing our curriculum for Christian Education. Through her collaborative efforts she effectively fulfilled the requirements. She not only met the objectives but also went above and beyond, infusing the curriculum with creativity. I recommend collaborating with her.
Leadership
Pache helped me to understand the process and figure out how to tell my story. Her guidance and her allowing me to brainstorm and talk through what I was thinking resulted in me not only writing my book but feeling good about sharing my story. Pache was able to help me believe that I could not only write my chapter but also sell my books. While Pache was not my coach, she served as a mentor and allowed me to find my way.
This process of writing was difficult at times. I experienced writers block and wanted to quit many times for different reasons. Pache would check on me regularly to make sure I was staying on task and when I fell off task, she did not make me feel worse, but she was patient and she listened, and she talked me through each moment until I was okay. Even if it was not connected to my writing, she was a shoulder to lean on and a guide through each tough moment. I remember asking her to be my” responsible adult” because I needed someone to hold me accountable and that she did. Calls, text, emails, whatever it took she did to ensure I wasn’t without a lifeline to make it because quitting was not an option.
Paché is a networking force of nature. As she cultivates meaningful professional relationships with diverse stakeholders, she has an understanding of the needs of the various communities in the area and the opportunities that exist for those she works with. As an invited guest to numerous determined intelligent valuable accountable (d.i.v.a.) girl & nu delta phi leadership society, inc. Empowerment workshops and success meetings, she met the young ladies where they were with a level of comfort, encouragement and a reminder their purpose. I am grateful for her voice, experience and professionalism.”
My vision and dream would not have happened if I had not shared it with Ms. Felton. She inspired me with her gift and ability to be patient, listen and coach. I owe so much to her and her god giving talent to speak life into my company when it was just a dead dream to me… not enough thanks under my breath, but I thank you Pache for your inspiration and your ability to coach me.
