Our mission is to change the trajectory of children residing in underserved communities. We are here to provide and empower youth, and their families.

T.I.P will introduce adolescents ages 10 to 13 to foundational life skills that prepare them to take their rightful place in society. These life skills will be cultivated by providing our Professional Development/Entrepreneurship interactive programs in person or via online which includes Professional Development and Entrepreneurship workshops, and group sessions. The sessions will educate on the importance of social and emotional skills, in addition to self and professional development.

Our method of teaching involves encouraging a partnership between parents, teachers, tutors, and other organizations to facilitate the integration of material. T.I.P will execute this integration by providing parents with progress reports and resources to help develop their child’s talents at home, this will foster and create a commutative environment and support for all adolescents.
