Pache Felton
Pache Felton who has over 20 years in leadership, training, empowering, mentoring and educating various demographics. Pache brings years of experience, knowledge, and expertise to leadership, educating, coaching, and assisting others achieve their highest potential by understanding the importance of self-awareness. Her life experiences and resolve has helped her persevere and overcome adversities in her own life. She holds a M.S. in Organizational Leadership, M.A in Curriculum and Instruction, and a B.A. in Psychology, and has trained and received her CPC certificate from The World Coach Institute. She is an Empowerment Specialist for E.M.S. Methods, Inc., an Author, and Adjunct Professor. She is dedicated to advancing her life while encouraging others to live out their purpose. She believes everyone deserves an opportunity and if given the proper tools; transformation can begin.
Antoinette Saunders
Antoinette Saunders has over 30 years’ experience working with children. She holds a Master’s in The Science of Teaching from Fordham University, Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College, and a Certificate in Step Aerobics from NYC Parks and Recreation Department. She is a teacher for the Department of Education in NYC, where she is the Director of Performing Arts Department. Teaching is her passion, and she believes that children can learn through the varies dynamics of the arts.
Charles Warrell
Charles Warrell Is a Bronx, New York native and has been a resident of North Carolina for over 20 years. He has studied Business Administration at North Carolina Central University. He is an entrepreneur, and the Founder of Warrell Entertainment LLC., which ways established in 2021. For the past 15 years he has promoted parties throughout varies states. Charles understands the struggles of being reared in underserved communities and how an opportunity can change the development of a child’s life. He is dedicated to see TIP succeed for the betterment of our children.
