Who We Are
Pache Felton
Pache Felton is the Founder and CEO of TAP Into Your Purpose, a curriculum design and development organization that partners with agencies, educators, and mission-driven institutions to build purpose-centered learning solutions. With over two decades of experience in training, mentoring, and education, she specializes in designing original curricula and customizing existing programs to align with organizational goals and measurable outcomes.
Pache holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a certificate from World Coach Institute. Her multidisciplinary background allows her to integrate leadership theory, instructional design, and human development into learning experiences that are accessible, adaptable, and rooted in transformation. Her exceptional gifts in leadership, coaching, and self-awareness have empowered many to realize their full potential.
She believes the root of change begins with knowledge. Through collaborative consultation and thoughtful design, Pache equips organizations to build scalable learning frameworks that strengthen identity, clarify mission, and produce lasting impact across diverse communities.
