With over two decades of experience in training, mentoring, and education, she specializes in designing original curricula and customizing existing programs to align with organizational goals and measurable outcomes.

Pache holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a certificate from World Coach Institute. Her multidisciplinary background allows her to integrate leadership theory, instructional design, and human development into learning experiences that are accessible, adaptable, and rooted in transformation. Her exceptional gifts in leadership, coaching, and self-awareness have empowered many to realize their full potential.
